KVKK Art. 5/2-c

Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract: Data necessary for the provision of appointment and treatment services.

KVKK Art. 5/2-e

Fulfillment of legal obligation: In accordance with health legislation and other legal regulations.

KVKK Art. 6/3

Special category personal data: Health data is processed for the purpose of protecting public health, maintaining confidentiality obligations, and conducting medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred in the following cases:

Domestic Transfer

Service providers (hosting, email, analytics) and authorized institutions as required by legal obligations.

International Transfer

International service providers used for website hosting and analytics services. These transfers are made in accordance with KVKK Art. 9.

6. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose:

  • Appointment and patient records: 10 years in accordance with Turkish Medical Association and Ministry of Health regulations
  • Contact data: 1 year from the last contact
  • Technical data: 2 years
  • If there are legal retention obligations, these periods may be extended according to legal regulations

To request information if it has been processed

To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems

Right to Compensation

To request compensation for damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data
